Sound baths immerses you in calming sound waves. Our Rhythm Resonance sessions on Skye (and bookable near you!) use instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and percussion to create a calming soundscape, helping you re-centre and find balance in a calming safe environment.

But the literal vibrations were strong too as I told you the soles of my feet were absolutely thrumming with the energy of the GONG nearest them. I myself was buzzing like a bumblebee sometimes. Shortly after the vision of being in a lovely underground holt, I came up to just below the surface of the Earth and was literally buzzing with the spring. Energy. I feel all around from winter solstice on of life force gathering itself to burst through the ground later on in the session when I assume you were standing near me, my eyes were closed throughout. I felt a series of tiny micro explosions in my body which my mind interpreted as cancer cells popping! It was accompanied by a wash of warm and pinky reddish light. I know you say that this is a relaxing rather than a healing experience, but I’m in no doubt at all that it was deeply healing for me.”
